Therapy is a source of support and nurture, offering a space to be heard, listened to and explore our thoughts, fears, hopes and emotional responses and any personal challenges. It helps us feel more confident, good about ourselves, motivated and live life fuller. 

It takes courage and resilience to make the leap and as a therapist, I am honoured to be part of your journey to deeper healing. ​As an integrative therapist and EMDR practitioner, I work creatively using a variety of counselling approaches, hypnotherapy and mindfulness, helping you access difficult thoughts and emotions, as you explore your own unique values and heal your relationships.

 

We are all unique individuals coming with our own set of life experiences, backgrounds, skills and problems, and I am excited to support your authenticity and explore with you new ways in which you can take back control over you life.
